Description
This Black Bird by Jaki Kingilik (? signed: ᔭᑭ ᑭᒋᑕ ) is another nice little treasure from the Baker Lake community. The Bird is carved in the dark Basalt stone typical of the Baker Lake style. The carving was purchased by a private collector directly in Baker Lake, probably sometime around 2002.
