Description
Born in 1970 in Cape Dorset, Etulu Salomonie (Salamonie) began carving in his twenties, in 1995. He is influenced by the work of Kellypalik Etidloie and learned to carve sculptures out of local stones from his grandfather Abraham.
This Cycle of Life by Etulu Salomonie is an interesting statement about the reality of subsistence living.
