Description

Inuk Hunting by Ross Kayotak from Igloolik.  A nice example of a long  tradition among Inuit carvers:using antler and whalebone for their carvings. Ross Kayotak depicts in this carving how preoccupied the hunter is with his task of providing for food.  This carving contains whale bone and thus has export restrictions.
